From concept to production part, Caparo Tube Components match processes to products, providing our customers with the best technical and economic solutions. From presswork to the latest laser equipments we use our wealth of tube forming knowledge to produce complex forms.

Key to choosing the right process is knowledge of materials, what can be done and how. Having produced tubular components for over 80 years we feel we have the expertise to provide critical input for both product design and manufacturing process.

  • Assembly Caparo Tube Components can provide "ready to fit" assemblies, incorporating welded and finished tubular parts with brackets, hoses, clips or any other sub-component required.
  • Bending Latest technology and equipment is used to provide a range of bending technics including, fully electric machines for greater accuracy.
  • Brazing Caparo Tube Components have the skills to provide either manual torch brazing or robot MIG brazing.
  • CNC Profiling With 5 CNC machining centres Caparo Tube Components can manufacture fully machined tubular components, thereby providing parts with accurate forms and mating joints ready for welding / assembly.
  • End Forming Tube end form features can be produced by methods including :- Bulging, Reducing, Beaded, Mitre cutting, CNC machining and Laser profiling.
  • Finishing Many products we manufacture are supplied in a finished condition. Finishes include electrophoretic paint, powder / plastic coating, and zinc plating.
  • Laser Profiling Following recent investment, Caparo Tube Components can boast having the very latest tube cutting laser technology.
  • Press Forming Manipulation of tube forms by press operations is a well established expertise of Caparo Tube Components.
  • Testing Testing of components and assemblies can be undertaken on a product specific basis.
  • Welding Offering a range of processes to fulfill this requirement. Processes include Torch brazing, Robot MIG brazing and furnace brazing.
